Do you offer group access for brokerages?
Yes. Brokerages training several new staff can ask for group access — choose “Brokerage or group enrolment” in the form.
I found an error in a question. What should I do?
Tell us the lesson number and the question. Every report is checked, and the course is updated for everyone.
How do I get access after paying?
Access is immediate. Enrol on the course page, pay once (CAD 40) and every module, practice quiz and mock exam opens on phone, tablet or computer.
I cannot log in. What should I do?
Message us on WhatsApp or email info@ribo-exam.ca with the email address you enrolled with, and we will restore your access.
Which languages do you answer in?
English and French, whichever you prefer.
Is this RIBO exam prep up to date for 2026?
Yes. All 2,004 questions and 47 lessons were written for the 2026 edition: the July 1, 2026 accident-benefits reform (only medical, rehabilitation and attendant care remain mandatory; OPCF 47R), the OPCF 49 DCPD waiver available since 2024, Commercial Lines as a 20% domain since 2025, and Level 2 through CAIB or CIP since January 1, 2026.
How many questions are on the RIBO Level 1 exam, and what is the pass mark?
The exam has 100 scored questions plus 15 unscored pilot questions, to answer in 3 hours. You need 75%, which is 75 of the 100 scored questions. You cannot tell which questions are pilots, so treat every question as if it counts.
Are the mock exams different from the practice questions?
Yes. The 400 mock-exam questions are held back from every practice quiz. You see them for the first time under exam conditions — 100 questions, 155 minutes, no hints — and your result is broken down by the five exam domains.
