1Who we are

“RIBO Exam”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the service operated by Quartzium Learning Center at ribo-exam.ca, including the online course RIBO Level 1 Exam Prep — Entry-Level Broker (Ontario). Contact: info@ribo-exam.ca or WhatsApp +41 77 924 49 12.

2What you are buying

You buy personal access to an online, self-paced preparation course for the Ontario RIBO Level 1 (Entry-Level Broker) examination: 47 lessons in 11 modules, 2,004 practice questions with hints and written explanations, a diagnostic, module checkpoints, speed rounds and four 100-question mock exams, delivered in your browser.

The course is a study aid. It is not the RIBO examination, a licence or a registration. Buying it does not book you for the exam: you register and write the exam separately with an exam provider (IBAO or the Insurance Institute).

3Price and payment

The course costs CAD 40, one payment, unless a different price or offer is clearly shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before you pay.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider through the course checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

4Access and your account

Access is for one person and for personal use. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed.

We update the content when the RIBO blueprint or Ontario rules change (the current edition reflects the July 1, 2026 accident-benefits reform). We may reorganise, update or replace lessons and questions to keep the course accurate.

5Refunds

This is a digital product with immediate access, so sales are generally final once access has been granted.

6Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense or distribute your access or the course content;
• copy, scrape, reproduce or republish questions, explanations or lessons;
• use the content to build or train a competing product, question bank or AI model;
• disrupt, reverse-engineer or try to gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We may suspend or end access, without refund, for a serious or repeated breach.

7Intellectual property

All course content — question bank, explanations, lessons, text, design and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use it for your own exam preparation. No other right is granted.

8No guarantee of results

The course is built to prepare you thoroughly, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass. Your result depends on your own study and your performance on exam day.

9Not affiliated with RIBO

We are an independent provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO), FSRA, IBAO or the Insurance Institute. “RIBO” is used only to describe the exam this course prepares you for. Always confirm current requirements with RIBO.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the course or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses linked to failing, delaying or rebooking the exam. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, with the date shown above. Changes apply from publication; continuing to use the course means you accept them.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.
